Brewed on site. Cooked from scratch. The most award-winning brewpub East of the Mississippi, back and pouring.
The most award-winning brewpub East of the Mississippi, holding the longest unbroken GABF medal streak in craft brewing history, 1997 to 2025.

Kevin Finn and Mark Edelson opened the first Iron Hill in Newark, Delaware in 1996 on a single conviction: brew every beer on site, cook every plate from scratch, and treat the room like a neighbor's kitchen.
Thirty years and 88 medals later, that idea is reopening across Pennsylvania and Delaware under founder Mark Edelson.
