Ed has always enjoyed eating, so he took to cooking from a young age. Growing up in an Italian household in North Jersey, he became more and more passionate about it, and set a goal to become an Executive Chef. Ed would go on to study at the Hotel School at Cornell University while working as a banquets and line cook. After graduating, Ed moved to Philly and joined Starr Restaurant Organization, working in kitchens at multiple locations for over 10 years, before joining Iron Hill in 2019. He, of course, loves cooking Italian dishes, but he also really enjoys learning and cooking cuisines from all around the world. He truly appreciates all that the culinary world has to offer and refuses to choose a single area to focus on when there is so much to see and experience! Ed resides in West Chester with his wife and young daughter. A travel enthusiast before settling down, he now considers himself a proud family man who loves watching his daughter grow. Also at home lives their two Sphynx cats, which are naturally nearly totally hairless! When he gets a chance to unplug, you’ll find him shooting hoops at the gym, watching a movie, or grabbing a beer with some close friends.
