Brendan fell in love with cooking mostly because of his love of eating his mother’s delicious meals! He started cooking professionally at a family owned restaurant on South Street in Philadelphia, Bridget Foy’s, and went on to work for Starr Restaurants at Continental Midtown and Continental Atlantic City as the Executive Chef before joining the Iron Hill team in 2016.
In addition to his primary role as Executive Chef in West Chester, Brendan has been involved with the opening of our locations in Huntingdon Valley, Greenville and Rehoboth Beach.
As if that didn’t keep him busy enough, Brendan and his wife, Dawn, have 8-year old twin boys at home! While Brendan enjoys and finds relaxation in preparing handmade pasta, you can usually find him eating a hearty ribeye steak or Thanksgiving sandwich.
