Sr. Head Brewer
Justin started in the kitchen of the first Iron Hill location in 1996. In the summer of 1998, he ventured into the brewery and never left. He has been a Head Brewer at Iron Hill since 2002 collecting awards at all the major beer competitions. He loves grabbing a seat at the bar after work, elbow to elbow with customers, and sharing his opinions about sports and beer.
Daniel Patrick O'Leary
Daniel Patrick O’Leary knew when he had his first sip of a stout that he was destined to learn how to make beer and turn it into a career. He started cleaning kegs at a local brewery in Port Jefferson, then took a position at Blue Point Brewing. While at Port Jefferson he trained under Iron Hill’s own Matt Gundrum, then a few years later he moved from Long Island to take the Head Brewer position in Phoenixville.
Phoenixville's new addition has been with Iron Hill since August of 2019. His favorite thing about Iron Hill is the family atmosphere. He says, “we all have each other’s back in the strive to create the best dining experience”.
He spends most of his days brewing his favorite Porters, Stouts, and most recently his new-found love; Kettle Sours (Gose). When he was free time you can find him at church with his wife and four kids, camping/hiking, or enjoying a good movie.
