Scot Seher Jr.
Scot has been a professional chef for almost 20 years, but his love of cooking started at an early age. His hardworking parents always put family dinner as a priority and they had dinner together every single night. It was because of this that Scot learned the importance of family meal time and learned to appreciate what was worked hard for.
Scot joined Iron Hill in 2011 after 14 years in the industry, including opening his own restaurant as co-owner. Scot draws inspiration by the foods and flavors around him. He takes great interest in learning about the history of dishes and then making them his own.
A native of Orlando, Florida, Scot moved to NJ to be closer to family. A family man, he is a dad to one daughter, Harley. When he’s not cooking, Scot spends his time at home working on projects, riding his motorcycle and working on cars. He enjoys whiskies, beer and a great burger.
