Anthony began his culinary career with Darden Restaurants, at multiple locations throughout central PA. Though he did not have dreams of being a chef, he soon found a passion for it, and discovered he was incredibly good at it! His favorite style of cooking is Italian, or anything that incorporates beer… a perfect match for Iron Hill!
The roasted mushroom Wee Heavy Ale-sauce on the Jaegersnitzel is Anthony’s all-time favorite Iron Hill dish to make, and eat!
Anthony lives in Lancaster with his wife and daughter. Equal to his love of cooking is his love of working on motorcycles and cars and can more often be found in the garage than his home kitchen!
