Maureen fell in love with the restaurant industry when she was 19 years old and was working part-time throughout college. She worked her way through the front of house and then into the kitchen, and was promoted to kitchen management with Ruby Tuesdays. After several other management positions, when deciding between graduate school or continuing her career in kitchen management, it was a no brainer for her. She came to Iron Hill in April 2018 where she started as an executive sous chef and has since been promoted to head chef. Maureen currently resides in Glen Mills with her wife and chocolate lab puppy Penny. When she isn't cooking up her favorite pasta dishes for our guests, you can find Maureen hiking or relaxing on the beach with her family.
