The days are getting shorter, the air is brisk, and the leaves are just beginning to change. Pumpkin Ale season has begun!

On Monday September 26th, 2011 we will be releasing our limited-edition Great Imperial Pumpkin Ale bottled reserve at ALL Iron Hill Brewery locations!

This seasonal ale is full-bodied with distinctive Fall flavors from the use of molasses, Belgian candi sugar, roasted pumpkins and traditional pie spices. The Great Imperial Pumpkin Ale lives up to it’s name with 9% ABV. This bottled reserve joins the Jeff Schaller Artistic Collection with a label created by the artist and inspired by the classic Peanuts comic strip. Grab a bottle of this seasonal favorite before their gone!

Join us in West Chester on October 29th for 5 pumpkin ale variations from Iron Hill and 3 guest pumpkin-inspired beers from Elysian Brewing Co. & Cambridge Brewing Co. We will be tapping a pumpkin full of beer at 2pm!

Pumpkin Ale Release Party!

Pumpkin Beer MONTH!
Yep, that’s right, we’re celebrating the delicious pumpkin all month long in North Wales with events & special releases every Friday in October. Click the link above for a more detailed run down from Brewer, Vince DesRosier.

Oct. 7th: First Friday – Cask Conditioned Pumpkin Ale. We’re kicking-off pumpkin month with the tapping of our cask-conditioned pumpkin ale.

Oct. 14th
: Firkin Friday – Cask Conditioned Pumpkin Ale fermented with Honeycombs. On Tap: A special cask-conditioned edition of our pumpkin ale fermented with honeycombs!

Oct. 21st:
Pumpkin Cask Challenge: Bob Barrar (IHB Media) vs. Vince Desrosiers (IHB NW) for the title of Pumpkin King! Head Brewer Bob’s Belgian Rye IPA blended with Pumpkin Spices VS. Vince’s Pumpkin Ale – who will be the reigning Pumpkin King? You decide!

Oct. 28th:
The Tapping of the Pumpkin: 7 different Pumpkin Ales on tap! Saving the best for last. We will have 4 IH Pumpkin Ales (2 from NW) and 3 from outside breweries. The 2 pumpkin ales brewed by Vince will be in large pumpkins, which will be tapped on site. Costume contest judging at 8pm with prizes for the top 3 costumes. Phoenixville:

Lancaster:
