Josh was destined to be a chef from a young age. His father, one of the original owners of OSAKA Restaurant, instilled in him a passion for the craft. As he started his culinary career, Josh had the privilege of training under John Hunt, Executive Chef at The Buck Hotel. Josh went on to become the Executive Chef at Bliss Restaurant in Philadelphia before joining Iron Hill in November 2018. Josh loves to experiment with basic dishes and elevate them in terms of flavor and presentation. Josh resides in Mayfair, PA with his wife and 3 children. He is passing down his family’s love of cooking to his children, as they often spend time in the kitchen together, making handmade pizzas and baking cookies. A baseball enthusiast, Josh also greatly enjoys playing, and going to Phillies games.
