Sr. Head Brewer
Tim sees the brewery as an extension of the kitchen. That's probably because he made the jump from Iron Hill Restaurant Manager to Head Brewer. He joined Iron Hill 14 years ago and regardless of his role, Tim has always enjoyed playing with flavors. While respectful of the classic brewing styles, Tim loves the "anything goes" school of brewing that mixes ingredients in bold, often unexpected ways.
Chris became a homebrewer at the age of 13, when he helped his dad and brother clean bottles for their first batch. He started as a server in 2011 and, once he turned 21, started volunteering in the brewery. Eventually, he became an Assistant Brewer and today he is the Head Brewer at our Ardmore location. He’s a fan of many styles, but his go to beer is a traditional German Pilsner.
