Seasonal Belgian Ale

American Tripel - An American version of the classic Belgian Tripel. Pale yellow but full-bodied. The Belgian yeast marries with American hops for a nose and palate full of fruity characters. OG: 1.083; Color: 4; IBU: 35; Alc by Vol: 9.0%

An old school American-style Pale Ale with a pronounced citrusy hop aroma and a balanced bitterness.

Abbey Dubbel

OG: 1068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   Alc by Vol: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.

American Tripel

Hell's Bock

OG: 1.077   Color: 5   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 7.3%
Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
Awards: 1999 GABF Gold medal winner and 2000 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Riverfront IPA

OG: 1.072   Color: 9.0   IBU: 65   Alc by Vol: 6.7%
A highly hopped American IPA. Sweet malt flavor balanced with an abundance of American variety hops and dry hopped for extra citrusy hop aroma.

Belgian Tripel

Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.
Awards: 2002, 2003 and 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Shokolad Stout

Full-bodied Imperial Stout brewed with 44 pounds of chocolate and aged with fresh cocoa nibs and whole vanilla beans.

Red Headed IPA

Amber colored American IPA with a noticable caramel malt flavor and packed with American hop aroma and flavor.

Quadrupel

Release Date: 02/28/2012

Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish.
