Seasonal Belgian Ale

Belgian Witbier - Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing. OG: 1.048 Color: 3 IBU: 17 Alc by Vol: 4.4%

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Harton's Hefe

OG: 1.054   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 5.1%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Revolution Ale

OG: 1.065   Color: 12   IBU: 60   Alc by Vol: 6.8%
An amber English-style IPA with distinct caramel malt character, hopped with classic English hops and American hops for a complex hop aroma.

Saison

OG: 1.058   Color: 3.0   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 6.5%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale; unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Simcoe IPA

OG: 1.065   Color: 6.0   IBU: 65   Alc by Vol: 5.8%
American IPA using Simcoe hops, which will impart a distinct pinecone-like aroma to this medium-bodied IPA.

Samurai Saison

OG: 1.062   Color: 3.1   IBU: 40   Alc by Vol: 6.8%
A Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light-bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. This beer is hopped with Sorachi Ace hops giving it a hop aroma reminiscent of lemon.

Mahalo, Apollo!

A golden, complex and refreshing summer wheat beer. Spiced with Grains of Paradise and lemongrass. Fermented with Belgian Wit yeast.

Red Headed IPA

Amber colored American IPA with a noticable caramel malt flavor and packed with American hop aroma and flavor.

Hans Gruber

A Bohemian Pilsner with a combination of American hops and classic Saaz hops.

Centennial IPA

American IPA using the Centennial hop, which will impart a distinct tropical citrus and floral aroma to this medium-bodied IPA.
