FE 15 ANNIVERSARY ALE 24.50
A full-bodied American Imperial Tripel. Gold in color. Huge malt character is balanced by complex fruity character of plums, spice and bananas. Generous addition of American hops imparts a citrus, tropical fruit and pine aroma and flavor.
OG: 1.140; ABV: 15.0%

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT 19.50
2011 GABF Silver Medal;

Full-bodied stout that starts with a complex, malty sweet and high-roasted character that is wonderfully balanced with the use of citrusy American hops.
OG: 1.095; ABV: 9.5%

ABBEY DUBBEL 18.50
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal
Brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.
OG: 1.068; ABV: 6.9%

SASQUATCH 20.50
American-style Barleywine, pronounced malt sweetness balanced by a ridiculous amount of American hops for a pungent citrusy hop aroma, flavor and bitterness.
OG: 1.098; ABV: 9.5%

BELGIAN TRIPEL 18.50
2002, 2003, 2004 GABF Bronze Medals
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.
OG: 1.086; ABV: 9.0%

ENGLISH BARLEYWINE 19.50
Traditional brown, English-style Barleywine with intense, complex malt sweetness and a sherry-like quality. Full-bodied with balanced bitterness and a warm finish.
OG: 1.100; ABV: 9.6%

AFTERNOON DELIGHT 19.50
A full-bodied version of our Pig Iron Porter, infused with a cold steeping of locally roasted Nicaraguan and Sumatra coffee beans.

SAISON 16.50
2008 GABF Gold Medal
A classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale; unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Traditional English-style brown ale with a distinct malty sweetness and fruity aromas that deepen with age.

F.RED 19.50
Flemish-style red ale starts off with a light caramel sweetness that gives way to a quenching sourness and effervescent mouthfeel.
OG: 1.054; ABV: 5.0%.

RAUCHBIER 16.50
Bamburg-style German amber lager made with beech wood smoked malt giving this beer a distinct smoked character in both aroma and flavor.
OG: 1.052; ABV: 3.8%

SMOKIN’ BLONDE ALE 17.50
Belgian-style Blonde Ale with biscuit-like character and a subtle sweet smoke flavor from the use of smoked malts. The Belgian yeast lends a fruit and spice character.
OG: 1.065; ABV: 6.2%

QUADRUPEL 20.50
Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish.

Full-bodied Scotch-style ale with a distinct malty-sweet and fruity aroma and flavor. A light smokiness lurks in the background from the use of peat smoked malts.

THE CANNIBAL 18.50

2006 World Beer Cup Silver Medal

Belgian-style golden ale with a complex, dry sweetness, balancing bitterness and a spicy finish.
OG: 1.070; ABV: 8.5%

FE 10 ANNIVERSARY ALE 21.50
A truly full-bodied beer. Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts provide layers of complex aromas and flavors.

BELGIAN LAMBICS 24.50
Traditional lambic-style ale aged in oak barrels for over two years, these beers are intensly sour.

Aged with sour cherries.

FRAMBOISE DE HILL
2004 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal
Aged with fresh raspberries, these bottles of framboise are FAR more sour than any of the other lambics and only intended for those who enjoy the most sour of beers!
