Seasonal Belgian Ale

American Brown Ale

Medium-bodied brown ale with chocolate and roasted flavors and an assertive American hop bouquet and bitterness.

Belgian Witbier

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   Alc by Vol: 4.4%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Fe 10

A truly full-bodied beer. Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts provide layers of complex aromas and flavors.

Irish Red Ale

Medium-bodied red ale with distinct hop character and a touch of caramel sweetness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

Maibock

OG: 1.067   Color: 5   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 6.5%
Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
Awards: 1999 GABF Gold medal winner and 2000 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Oatmeal Cookie

English style Oatmeal Brown ale brewed with raisiny caramel malt, sugar, spices, and vanilla.

Octagon

OG: 1.105   Color: 14   IBU: 50   Alc by Vol: 9.9%
Belgian Quadrupel. Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish.

Phightin Phils Pils

Our Northern German Pilsner brewed with teaditional German noble hops for magnificent hop aroma and flavor.

Rising Sun

American style India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Japanese Sorachi hops for a spicy citrus character.

Wang Chung

OG: 1073   Color: 27   IBU: 70   Alc by Vol: 8.5%
A dark ale that marries the assertive American hop flavors of pine and citrus with traditional Belgian triple flavors of banana, tropical fruit, and spicy phenolics. A hint of roast malt character comes from the use of chocolate malt. Wang Chung is a collaboration between Mike Rutkowski and Andrew Johnston.

Barleywine

Traditional brown, English-style Barleywine with intense, complex malt sweetness and a sherry-like quality. Full-bodied with balanced bitterness and a warm finish.
