Mahogany-colored ale brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery and aged on sweet and tart cherries. Sweetness from dark Belgian candi sugar and hints of plum and pear.

Hefeweizen

Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of banana and clove.

Honey Saison

Saison brewed with 60 pounds of orange blossom honey. Bright and light-bodied, earthy, fruity and spicy with a touch of honey and a dry, refreshing finish.

Iron Hill Light Lager

A sixteen ounce can of our American style IPA — Rising Sun. This beer may be an American IPA in style, but its feel and flavor come from its Japanese Sorachi Ace single-hop recipe that lends itself to unexpected notes of lemon and coconut. It's light and well-balanced. But rest assured, this nimble brew still has that hop-kick you are looking for.

The Cannibal™

Engine 51 Pale Ale - 06.15.17

Medium-bodied pale ale with a subtle maltiness that is matched with the aroma and flavor of a generous amount of American hops. Brewed in collaboration with the "Faithful and Fearless" First West Chester Fire Company's Engine 51

Traditional German-style Pilsner, light straw in color, delicately balanced with a firm hop bitterness, subtle hop flavor and a clean, dry finish.

Abbey Dubbel - 06.23.17
