Black IPA

An American-style IPA with full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness and substantial hop flavor and aroma, all complimented by a touch of roast character.

Bruce Camp-Ale

OG: 1.094   Color: 14   IBU: 28   ABV: 9.5%
Our Ichabod Imperial Pumpkin Ale-an amber, Belgian-style pumpkin ale spiced with cinnamon, clove, allspice and nutmeg-aged in bourbon barrels.

Golden Ram Lager

OG: 1.047   Color: 3.0   IBU: 20   ABV: 4.8%
A classic American Pilsner with sweet, grainy aromatics and flavors from the use of flaked maize, all balanced by the subtle use of American and Noble hops. A very clean, crisp and refreshing lager brewed to celebrate West Chester University.

Gourdzilla IPA

OG: 1.066   Color: 8   IBU: 65   ABV: 6.7%
An aggressively hopped American-style IPA showcasing an exceptional dry hop character of grapefruit and pine aromas and flavors, all backed by a subtle malt flavor and just the lightest hint of pumpkin pie spices.

Hopzilla IPA

OG: 1.066   Color: 8   IBU: 62   ABV: 6.7%
Medium-bodied American-style IPA with full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness and remarkable hop flavor and aroma.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

2005 GABF Bronze Medal.

Oktoberfest

OG: 1.063   Color: 7   IBU: 26   ABV: 5.8%
Traditional German festival beer, this medium-bodied lager has a wonderful sweet, malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Pumpkin Ale

OG: 1.055   Color: 18   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.5%
Medium-bodied copper ale, malty sweet with a balancing bitterness. Spiced with traditional pumpkin pie spices and vanilla instead of finishing hops.

Punktoberfest

OG: 1.068   Color: 12   IBU: 50   ABV: 9.5%
A full-bodied amber German lager brewed with traditional pumpkin spices.

Raspberry Wheat

OG: 1.038   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   ABV: 4.1%
A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

RYE♥PA

OG: 1.061   Color: 11   IBU: 75   ABV: 6.5%
An American amber rye IPA with a pronounced bitterness and substantial notes of grapefruit and tangerine from the Amarillo hops. The generous rye malt addition gives this beer a spicy, crisp finish.

Saison

OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale, unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
