Our award-winning Pig Iron Porter aged in bourbon barrels for 2 months. Roasty malt and pronounced bourbon flavors with a nice vanilla aroma. Served on Nitrogen.
Bourbon Winter Warmer

Our strong winter ale, brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger, then aged in a bourbon barrel. Served on Nitrogen
Bourbon Dubbel
OG: 1.072 Color: 17 IBU: 35 ABV:7.4%%
Belgian Abbey-style strong brown ale with fruity and spicy complexity, aged in a bourbon barrel for 2 months
Cabby Boysenberry
OG: 1082 Color: 18 IBU: 30 ABV:8.6%
Our Belgian Abbey style strong brown ale fermented with 100lbs of Boysenberries, and then aged in a Cabernet barrel for 10 months
Chardonnay Saison
OG: 1075 Color: 4 IBU: 35 ABV:8.0%
Belgian farmhouse-style ale brewed with Orange blossom honey and Blueberry honey, and then aged in a Chardonnay barrel from Manatawny Creek winery for 7 months.
Brett Quadrupel
OG: 1100 Color: 16 IBU: 42 ABV:9.8%
Our strongest Belgian Abbey style beer, with intense sweetness and dark, dried fruit character, aged in a Cabernet barrel for 1 year with wild yeasts. The wild yeasts add a touch of tartness and additional complex fruity and spicy characters.
