Seasonal Belgian Ale

Belgian Witbier - Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing. OG: 1.048 Color: 3 IBU: 17 Alc by Vol: 4.4%

Belgian Tripel

Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.
Awards: 2002, 2003 and 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Belgian Witbier

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   Alc by Vol: 4.4%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Bridge St. Bock

OG: 1.076   Color: 15   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 7.5%
A strong amber lager featuring a smooth bready malt character, balanced bitterness, and crisp finish

Full Nelson

OG: 1.077   Color: 13   IBU: 43   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
Single Hopped American IPA.  Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauving hops from New Zealand for a fruity, almost grapey aroma and flavor and firm balancing bitterness.

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.044   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Phightin Phils Pils

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 45   Alc by Vol: 5.0%
Our Northern German Pilsner brewed with teaditional German noble hops for magnificent hop aroma and flavor.

Schwarzbier

OG: 1.050   Color: 22   IBU: 28   Alc by Vol: 4.4%
Traditional black German lager, medium-bodied with a slightly roasted flavor. A distinctive hop bitterness that leads to a clean dry finish.

Sugar Shack Brown Ale

An Imperial Nut Brown ale, full bodied beer with a distinct nutty malt flavor and aroma,  brewed with 60 lbs of pure Vermont maple syrup.

American IPA

Release Date: 06/21/2013
OG: 1.060   Color: 10   IBU: 70   Alc by Vol: 6.5%
A copper-colored American-style IPA with full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness and an overwhelming hop presence.

Roggenbier

OG: 1.067   Color: 18   IBU: 22   Alc by Vol: 6.4%
Traditional German dark, rye beer with a huge fruity nose from Bavarian ale yeast. Hints of unsweetened chocolate and caramel from the specialty malts mix with a touch of spiciness from the rye
