Mattie's Sugar Shack Brown Ale Release

Assistant Brewer Matt Gundrum's first Iron Hill beer recipe. We will be pairing Sugar Shack Brown Ale with a Vermont cheese plate on our features sheet.

An “Imperial” version of our Nut Brown Ale, an English-style brown ale featuring a combination of specially kilned malts for a distinct nuttiness, and 60 lbs of pure Vermont maple syrup for a complex, earthy sweetness.
