Abbey Dubbel

OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal.

Berliner Weisse

OG: 1.030   Color: 2   IBU: 2   ABV: 2.8%
Pale, German-style, light-bodied wheat beer with refreshing tart, acidic and lemony characteristics and little hop bitterness. The addition of woodruff and raspberry syrup can be added upon request.


OG: 1.050   Color: 3   IBU: 27   ABV: 5.1%
Golden, German-style lager with firm but dry body. Well-balanced flinty bitterness with modest German hop aroma.


OG: 1.082   Color: 14   IBU: 80   ABV: 7.9%
Full-bodied Red Ale brewed with specially selected grains for a sweet, caramel-like maltiness. Then, we add enough hops to live up to the name and create an intense bitterness and citrusy aromas.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Kaffee IPA

OG: 1.068   Color: 3   IBU: 65   ABV: 7.2%
This unique West Coast-style IPA was brewed in collaboration with La Colombe Coffee and is aged on Ethiopean coffee beans which lend aromas of blueberry and wild strawberry.

La Flama Blanca

OG: 1.028   Color: 3   IBU: 3   ABV: 2.8%
Our tart, low gravity German wheat beer, Berliner Weiss, aged in tequila barrels to add notes of vanilla and oak.

Ore House™ IPA

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron™ Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Medium-bodied copper ale, malty sweet with a balancing bitterness. Spiced with traditional pumpkin pie spices and vanilla instead of finishing hops.

The Clash

This cross between an IPA and a Pilsner features a crisp, clean lager finish highlighted with citrus and pine notes from the overuse of Columbus and Cascade hops.

Vienna Red™ Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

White Iron™ Wit

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.
