Dortmunder

OG: 1.050   Color: 3   IBU: 27   ABV: 5.1%
Golden, German-style lager with firm but dry body. Well-balanced flinty bitterness with modest German hop aroma.

ESB (Extra Special Bitter)

OG: 1.050   Color: 13   IBU: 35   ABV: 5.0%
English-style bitter, amber in color with a pronounced caramel malt sweetness. Hopped with classic English hops for a floral aroma.

Flemish Red

OG: 1060   Color: 17   IBU: 15   ABV: 7.0%
Flemish-style red ale starts off with a light caramel sweetness that gives way to a quenching sourness and effervescent mouthfeel.

Honey Saison

OG: 1.063   Color: 3.1   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.5%
Unfiltered, Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Brewed with 65 pounds of local honey. Bright and light-bodied. Earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish.

Hopzilla American IPA

OG: 1.069   Color: 6   IBU: 70   ABV: 6.8%
Medium-bodied American-style IPA with full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness and remarkable hop flavor and aroma.

Irish Red Ale

Medium-bodied red ale with distinct hop character and a touch of caramel sweetness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

Iron Hill Light Lager

Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

Nut Brown Ale

OG: 1.058   Color: 17   IBU: 25   ABV: 5.6%
Medium-bodied, chestnut colored English ale. Slightly nutty malt flavor and aroma with a well-balanced bitterness in the finish.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Quadrupel

Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish.

A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

Vienna Red Lager

Full-bodied red ale brewed with specially selected grains for a sweet, caramel-like maltiness. Then, we add enough hops to live up to the name and create an intense bitterness and citrusy aromas.

Belgian Witbier - 04.25.14

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Rauchbier - 04.30.14

Bamburg-style German amber lager made with beech wood smoked malt giving this beer a distinct smoked character in both aroma and flavor.

Full Nelson - 05.02.14

Single Hopped American IPA. Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand for a fruity, almost grape aroma and flavor and firm balancing bitterness.
