ESB (Extra Special Bitter)

OG: 1.050   Color: 13   IBU: 35   ABV: 5.0%
English-style bitter, amber in color with a pronounced caramel malt sweetness. Hopped with classic English hops for a floral aroma.

Hoppopotamus

OG: 1.082   Color: 14   IBU: 80   ABV: 7.9%
Full-bodied Red Ale brewed with specially selected grains for a sweet, caramel-like maltiness. Then, we add enough hops to live up to the name creating an intense bitterness and citrusy aroma.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Lemon Lime Wheat

OG: 1.040   Color: 4   IBU: 12   ABV: 4%
Our American "shandy," a refreshing wheat beer aged with lemon and lime zest.

Ore House IPA

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Quadrupel

OG: 1.115   Color: 17   IBU: 45   ABV: 12.2%
Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish.

Roggenbier

OG: 1.067   Color: 18   IBU: 22   ABV: 6.4%
Traditional German dark, rye beer with a huge fruity nose from Bavarian ale yeast. Hints of unsweetened chocolate and caramel from the specialty malts mix with a touch of spiciness from the rye.

2008 GABF Gold Medal; 2012 GABF Bronze Medal in Rye Beer category.

Saison

OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale, unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.
Awards:
2008 GABF Gold Medal.

St. James Brown Ale

OG: 1.054   Color: 17   IBU: 25   ABV: 5.2%
English-style brown ale, medium-bodied and deep brown in color. It has a slight roasted nutty malt flavor and aroma with a well balanced bitterness in the finish.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

1999, 2011 GABF Bronze Medal; 2008 GABF Gold Medal; 2008 World Beer Cup Silver Medal.

White Iron Wit

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Witberry

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.

Samurai Saison - 04.27.15

OG: 1.062   Color: 3.1   IBU: 40   ABV: 6.8%
A Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light-bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. This beer is hopped with Sorachi Ace hops giving it a hop aroma reminiscent of lemon.

Abbey Dubbel - 05.01.15

OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.

A strong amber lager featuring a smooth, bread-like malt character, balanced bitterness and crisp finish.

Phightin' Phils Pils - 05.07.15

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 45   ABV: 5.0%
Our northern German Pilsner brewed with traditional German noble hops for magnificent hop aroma and flavor.

Tower 61 - 05.12.15

OG: 1.035   Color: 6   IBU: 25   ABV: 3.7%
A very light-bodied, drinkable IPA featuring fragrant hop notes of pine and tropical fruit, without the extreme bitterness of a traditional IPA. Brewed especially for our local fire departments and our own fire fighter and friend, Eric Kiley.
