Berliner Weisse

OG: 1.030   Color: 2   IBU: 2   ABV: 2.8%
Pale, German-style, light-bodied wheat beer with refreshing tart, acidic and lemony characteristics and little hop bitterness. The addition of woodruff and raspberry syrup can be added upon request.

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.044   Color: 3   IBU: 12   ABV: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of banana and clove.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Lex Luthor IPA

OG: 1.094   Color: 5   IBU: 100   ABV: 10.5%
This full-bodied triple IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt and over 80 pounds of different American hops for an onslaught of hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. Surely more potent than Kryptonite!

Marzen

OG: 1.063   Color: 12.5   IBU: 27   ABV: 5.8%
A full-bodied, amber German lager with a wonderful malt and bready aroma. The firm malt flavor is balanced with mild bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

Ore House™ IPA

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron™ Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Poseidon

OG: 1.088   Color: 4   IBU: 25   ABV: 9.3%
Belgian Abbey-style golden ale with complex aroma and notes of plum, spice and banana with refreshing balanced bitterness.

Roggenbier

OG: 1.067   Color: 18   IBU: 22   ABV: 6.4%
Traditional German dark, rye beer with a huge fruity nose from Bavarian ale yeast. Hints of unsweetened chocolate and caramel from the specialty malts mix with a touch of spiciness from the rye.

2008 GABF Gold Medal; 2012 GABF Bronze Medal in Rye Beer category.

Saison

OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale, unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

2008 GABF Gold Medal.

Schwarzbier

OG: 1.050   Color: 22   IBU: 28   ABV: 4.4%
Traditional black German lager, medium-bodied with a slightly roasted flavor. A distinctive hop bitterness that leads to a clean, dry finish.

The Hammock

OG: 1046   Color: 3   IBU: 24   ABV: 4.5%
A perfect session ale to quench your summer thirst. Crisp and refreshing with a slight fruitiness that finishes with a dry, delicate hop character.

Vienna Red™ Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

White Iron™ Wit

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Witberry™

Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.

This cross between an IPA and a Pilsner features a crisp, clean lager finish highlighted with citrus and pine notes from the overuse of Columbus and Cascade hops.

Pumpkin Ale - 09.11.15

Medium-bodied copper ale, malty sweet with a balancing bitterness. Spiced with traditional pumpkin pie spices and vanilla instead of finishing hops.

Hoppopotamus - 09.25.15

OG: 1.082   Color: 14   IBU: 80   ABV: 7.9%
Full-bodied Red Ale brewed with specially selected grains for a sweet, caramel-like maltiness. Then, we add enough hops to live up to the name creating an intense bitterness and citrusy aroma.

Traditional German festival beer, this medium-bodied lager has a wonderful sweet, malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
