Abbey Dubbel

OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.
Awards:
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal.

Belgian Witbier

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Chocolate Stout

OG: 1.09   Color: 33   IBU: 35   ABV: 9.1%
Full-bodied, strong, English-style Russian Imperial Stout brewed with a huge block of Venezuelan cocoa nibs, generous amounts of Madagascar vanilla beans and milk sugar.

Full Nelson

OG: 1.077   Color: 13   IBU: 43   ABV: 7.2%
Single-hopped American IPA. Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand for a fruity, almost grape aroma and flavor and firm, balancing bitterness.

Hopacolpyse

OG: 1082   Color: 15   IBU: 80   ABV: 7.9%
Full-bodied red ale brewed with specially selected grains for a sweet, caramel-like maltiness. Next, we add enough hops to live up to the name and create an intense bitterness and citrusy aroma.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

2005 GABF Bronze Medal.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Raspberry Wheat

OG: 1.038   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   ABV: 4.1%
A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
