SEASONAL BELGIAN ALE
Belgian Witbier - Unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer.  Pale in color and light bodied yet very complex. A distinct yeast and the use of spices give it a fruity citrus flavor that is very refreshing. OG: 1.048; Color: 3; IBU: 17; Alc by Vol: 4.4%

Dunkelweizen

OG: 1.060   Color: 17   IBU: 13.5   Alc by Vol: 6.3%
This dark German wheat beer has a huge fruity nose of banana and cloves from the Bavarian ale yeast that marries with the notes of unsweetened chocolate and caramel from the German specialty malts.

ESB (Extra Special Bitter)

OG: 1.050   Color: 13   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 4.5%
An English-style bitter, amber in color with a pronounced caramel malt sweetness and hopped with classic English hops for a floral aroma. Served on nitrogen.

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.047   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
This traditional unfiltered Bavarian Wheat beer is the perfect summer thirst quencher. Light and effervescent, it starts off with a refreshing tanginess and finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Honey Do Wit

OG: 1.075   Color: 3   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 7.0%
Unfiltered Belgian-style double wheat beer. Pale in color and Medium bodied yet very complex. Brewed with 60 lbs of orange blossom honey. A distinct yeast and the use of spices give it a fruity citrus flavor that is very refreshing.

Oatmeal Stout

OG: 1.057   Color: 29   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 5.5%
This English Stout is medium-bodied, black in color with a roasted malt aroma and flavor, but a silky smooth character. The oatmeal in this recipe and the nitrogen pour give this beer a round creamy mouth feel.

RYE P.A.

OG: 1.075   Color: 17   IBU: 75   Alc by Vol: 7,5%
This American IPA is brewed with a ridiculous amount of hops for flavor, aroma, and characteristic bitterness. A substantial amount of rye malt is used to give this beer its signature dry spiciness.

American style double IPA, full bodied malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma. Made with 8 pounds of hops per barrel.

Baltic Porter

OG: 1.090   Color: 35   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
A strong dark lager has deep toffee and caramel flavors with a touch of roast character on the finish.
