Seasonal Belgian Ale

Abbey Dubbel - Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears. OG: 1.068; Color: 18; IBU: 25; Alc by Vol: 6.9%

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.047   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Tom Sellick's Mustache

OG: 1.060   Color: 24   IBU: 41   Alc by Vol: 5.5%
A medium-bodied English-style stout with a high roasted malt character and background cherry flavor. As sweet and dark as its namesake.

Belgian Pale Ale

OG: 1050   Color: 6   IBU: 24   Alc by Vol: 5.0%
A medium-bodied, copper colored Belgian session ale, brewed with a large dose of English Stryian Golding hops for flavor and aroma.

Sergeant Schultz

Release Date: 02/10/2012
OG: 1.075   Color: 13   IBU: 23   Alc by Vol: 8.0%
The grandfather of Weizen beers. This amber, full-bodied ale is made with 45% wheat for a slightly fruity malt flavor. The yeast contributes banana and clove flavors. Chocolate wheat was also used to add Choclate flavor.

Something....Hoppy

Release Date: 02/17/2012
OG: 1.080   Color: 10   IBU: 90   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
Copper-colored, American-style double IPA. Made with 8 pounds of hops per barrel. Full-bodied malt flavor balances the strong hop flavor and aroma.

Belgian Tripel

Release Date: 02/29/2012
OG: 1.086   Color: 4.0   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.
Awards: 2002, 2003 and 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.
