Belgian Tripel - Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness. OG: 1.086; Color: 4.0; IBU: 35; Alc by Vol: 9.0%

A medium-bodied, English-style stout with a high roasted malt character, caramel and distinct sweetness.

Czech Pilsner

OG: 1.050   Color: 4.5   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 5.2%%
A medium-bodied, light golden beer with a distinct noble hop aroma and soft malt character.

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.047   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer with a twist. Light and effervescent. A refreshing tanginess and distinct yeast character is accented by a generous amount of American Citra Hops.

Winston's Wee Heavy

OG: 1.084   Color: 16   IBU: 37   Alc by Vol: 8.3%
Full-bodied Scotch-style ale with a distinct malty-sweet and fruity aroma and flavor. A light smokiness lurks in the background from the use of peat smoked malts.

Abbey Dubbel

Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.

Smokin Blonde

Belgian-style Blonde Ale with biscuit-like character and a subtle sweet smoke flavor from the use of smoked malts

Nutty Brunette

OG: 1.050   Color: 19   IBU: 18   Alc by Vol: 4.7%
A medium bodied brown ale brewed with 80 lbs of toasted coconut.  Caramel and chocolate flavors blend with the toasted coconut  to make this a very easy drinking brown ale.
