Belgian Witbier

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Bourbon Pumpkin Ale

OG: 1.060   Color: 18   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.2%
Big notes of bourbon and vanilla layered with pumpkin pie spices backed by a firm caramel malt body.

German Pilsner

OG: 1.048   Color: 4   IBU: 40   ABV: 4.8%
Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Ichabod Imperial Pumpkin Ale

OG: 1.076   Color: 14   IBU: 28   ABV: 8.0%
An amber, full-bodied Belgian-style pumpkin ale spiced with cinnamon, clove, allspice, and nutmeg.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

Munich Dunkel

German dark lager with a pronounced toasted and lightly roasted malt aroma and flavor. Finishes crisp and clean.

Pacific Rim

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 64   ABV: 6.3%
Golden-colored India Pale Ale with a complex hop aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Brewed with hops from the Pacific Northwest, New Zealand, and Japan.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Pumpkin Ale

Medium-bodied copper ale, malty sweet with a balancing bitterness. Spiced with traditional pumpkin pie spices and vanilla instead of finishing hops.

Raspberry Wheat

A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

Saison Noir

A black version of the classic Belgian Saison, roasted malts blend seamlessly with the spicy fruit character of the yeast.

Smoked Porter

The Big German IPA

Vienna Red Lager

A medium-bodied, copper colored Belgian session ale with fruity yeast character and spicy and lightly citrusy hop character.

Copper-colored American IPA brewed with a ridiculous amount of hops for flavor, aroma, and characteristic bitterness. A substantial amount of rye malt is used to give this beer its signature dry spiciness.
