Abbey Dubbel

OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.
Awards:
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal.

Barrel-Aged Biere de Mars

OG: 1.064   Color: 9   IBU: 32   ABV: 7.0%
Our French farmhouse-style ale aged for a year in oak barrels with wild yeast for a leathery and slightly tart flavor.

Biere de Mars

A copper-colored French farmhouse-style ale. Brewed with wheat, aromatic malts and a touch of orange peels for a smooth ale with complex flavors and aromas.

German Pilsner

OG: 1.048   Color: 4   IBU: 40   ABV: 4.8%
Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Irontella

OG: 1.051   Color: 24   IBU: 31   ABV: 5.4%
Dark and roasty stout brewed with lactose for a creamy mouthfeel and infused with chocolate and hazelnut.

Ore House IPA

Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pacific Rim

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 64   ABV: 6.3%
Golden-colored India Pale Ale with a complex hop aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Brewed with hops from the Pacific Northwest, New Zealand, and Japan.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

The Costanza

OG: 1.058   Color: 8   IBU: 28   ABV: 6.2%
This amber colored ale is brewed with a significant portion of rye malt and spiced with caraway seeds. A bready malt center with a dry, spicy finish. Pairs nicely with the most sensual of the salt cured meats-pastrami.

Trans-Tasman Pale Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 5.6   IBU: 38   ABV: 5.4%
Brewed with a touch of caramel malt and generously dry hopped with hops from Australia and New Zealand for an aroma of citrus, peach, and grape.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

White Iron Wit

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.

Double IPA with the balance shifted predominantly toward the hops, providing a floral and resin flavor and aroma.
