Against the Grain IPA

OG: 1.070   Color: 5   IBU: 67   ABV: 7.2%
A multi-grain IPA brewed with barley, wheat, rye, oats and an abundance of American hops for an intense hop aroma.

Belgian Pale Ale

OG: 1.048   Color: 6   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.4%
A medium-bodied, copper-colored Belgian session ale with fruity yeast character and spicy, light citrusy hop character.

German Pilsner

OG: 1.048   Color: 4   IBU: 40   ABV: 4.8%
Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Highland Flame

OG: 1.035   Color: 12   IBU: 15   ABV: 3.5%
Low-hopped Scottish-style ale with a nutty and slightly roasted malt flavor.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.
2005 GABF Bronze Medal.

Munich Dunkel

OG: 1.050   Color: 17   IBU: 18   ABV: 5.0%
German dark lager with a pronounced toasted and lightly roasted malt aroma and flavor. Finishes crisp and clean.
2003 GABF Bronze Medal.

Pacific Rim

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 64   ABV: 6.3%
Golden-colored India Pale Ale with a complex hop aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Brewed with hops from the Pacific Northwest, New Zealand, and Japan.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.
2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Pumpkin Ale

OG: 1.055   Color: 18   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.5%
Medium-bodied copper ale, malty sweet with a balancing bitterness. Spiced with traditional pumpkin pie spices and vanilla instead of finishing hops.

Raspberry Wheat

OG: 1.038   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   ABV: 4.1%
A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.


OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale, unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Smoked Porter

Dark and robust with a substantial smoke flavor from the use of beech and cherry wood smoked malts.

The Big German IPA

OG: 1.070   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 7.3%
A golden-colored IPA from the mind of the Big German himself. Brewed with all German ingredients including Merkur and Hallertau Tradition hops.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
