Belgian Pale Ale

OG: 1.048   Color: 6   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.4%
A medium-bodied, copper-colored Belgian session ale with fruity yeast character and spicy, light citrusy hop character.


OG: 1.044   Color: 3   IBU: 12   ABV: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of banana and clove.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Munich Dunkel

OG: 1.050   Color: 17   IBU: 18   ABV: 5.0%
German dark lager with a pronounced toasted and lightly roasted malt aroma and flavor. Finishes crisp and clean.
2003 GABF Bronze Medal.

Oak-Aged Belgian Quad

OG: 1.113   Color: 18   IBU: 50   ABV: 12.5%
A full-bodied Belgian dark Abbey ale aged in oak wine barrels. This complex, fruity beer gets additional notes of oak and red wine.

Traditional German festival beer, this medium-bodied lager has a wonderful sweet, malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

Ore House™ IPA

Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pearway to Heaven

OG: 1.051   Color: 3   IBU: 18   ABV: 5.9%
Dry and effervescent Saison brewed with real pear for a deep, golden color and refreshing fruit flavor.

Pig Iron™ Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Pumpkin Ale

OG: 1.055   Color: 18   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.5%
Medium-bodied copper ale, malty sweet with a balancing bitterness. Spiced with traditional pumpkin pie spices and vanilla instead of finishing hops.

Pumpkin Coffee Stout

OG: 1.063   Color: 29   IBU: 35   ABV: 6.5%
Bold, full-bodied stout brewed with pumpkin, spices, and locally roasted coffee beans from Backyard Beans Coffee Company.

Quantum IPA

OG: 1.042   Color: 8   IBU: 40   ABV: 4.4%
Session IPA brewed as a small beer with big flavor. Amber in color with a light, toasty malt character and substantial hop flavor and aroma.

Vienna Red™ Lager

A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

White Iron™ Wit

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.
