Barrel-Aged Biere de Mars

OG: 1.064   Color: 9   IBU: 32   ABV: 7.0%
Our French farmhouse-style ale aged for a year in oak barrels with wild yeast for a leathery and slightly tart flavor.

Bedotter

OG: 1.088   Color: 4.0   IBU: 38   ABV: 9.5%
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and notes of plum, spice and banana with refreshing balanced bitterness.
Awards:
2002, 2003, 2004 GABF Bronze Medal; 2014 GABF Silver Medal in the Belgian-Style Tripel category.

Biere de Mars

OG: 1.064   Color: 9   IBU: 32   ABV: 7.0%
A copper-colored French farmhouse-style ale. Brewed with wheat, aromatic malts and a touch of orange peels for a smooth ale with complex flavors and aromas.

Highland Flame

OG: 1.035   Color: 12   IBU: 15   ABV: 3.5%
Low-hopped Scottish-style ale with a nutty and slightly roasted malt flavor.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Irontella

OG: 1.051   Color: 24   IBU: 31   ABV: 5.4%
Dark and roasty stout brewed with lactose for a creamy mouthfeel and infused with chocolate and hazelnut.

Lodestone Lager

OG: 1.048   Color: 8   IBU: 25   ABV: 5.0%
Munich-style pale lager with a malty sweetness balanced by Noble hops with subtle spicy hop notes in the nose. Finishes clean and dry.

2000 GABF Bronze Medal; 1997 GABF Gold Medal.

Ore House IPA

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.
Awards:
2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Quantum IPA

OG: 1.042   Color: 8   IBU: 40   ABV: 4.4%
Session IPA brewed as a small beer with big flavor. Amber in color with a light, toasty malt character and substantial hop flavor and aroma.

Something Hoppy

OG: 1.075   Color: 4.1   IBU: 86   ABV: 8.6%
Double IPA brewed with an excessive amount of West Coast hops for an explosive aroma of citrus and stone fruit.

Trans-Tasman Pale Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 5.6   IBU: 38   ABV: 5.4%
Brewed with a touch of caramel malt and generously dry hopped with hops from Australia and New Zealand for an aroma of citrus, peach, and grape.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

1999, 2011 GABF Bronze Medal; 2008 GABF Gold Medal; 2008 World Beer Cup Silver Medal.

White Iron Wit

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Witberry

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.

Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.

Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.
