Czech Pilsner

A medium-bodied, light golden beer with a distinct noble hop aroma and soft malt character.

Goldfinger IPA

OG: 1.065   Color: 6   IBU: 62   ABV: 6.1%
Brewed to celebrate National IPA Day 2014. Medium-bodied golden ale with a balanced hop bitterness, but an aggressive citrus hop flavor and aroma with over 2 pounds of hops per barrel.

Hop Addicted Double IPA

OG: 1080   Color: 4.6   IBU: 59   ABV: 8.4%
American-style Double IPA with malt flavors that balance a generous amount of hops for a delicious citrusy, piney hop flavor and aroma.

Irish Red Ale

OG: 1.048   Color: 10   IBU: 35   ABV: 4.5%
Medium-bodied Red Ale with distinct hop character and a touch of caramel sweetness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Mahalo, Apollo!

A golden, complex and refreshing summer wheat beer. Spiced with Grains of Paradise and lemongrass. Fermented with Belgian yeast.

Oatmeal Stout

OG: 1.058   Color: 29   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.6%
A classic English stout. Medium-bodied, black in color with a roasted malt aroma and flavor. Oatmeal gives the beer a silky smooth character and a round, creamy mouthfeel.

Ore House IPA

Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pale Rider

OG: 1.050   Color: 5   IBU: 45   ABV: 4.5%
Golden American pale ale with subtle malt sweetness, assertive bitterness and a citrusy pine-like hop flavor and aroma.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Vienna Red Lager

A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

West Coast Golden Ale

Light-bodied with a subtle maltiness that is matched with the aroma and flavor of a generous amount of American hops.

White Iron Wit

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Witberry

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.

An international IPA brewed with domestic malt and hops from New Zealand. Medium-bodied with a firm bitterness and a fruity, almost grape-like hop flavor and aroma.

Dunkelweizen - 04.17.15

OG: 1.050   Color: 17   IBU: 13.5   ABV: 5.0%
Traditional dark German wheat beer with a huge fruity nose of banana and cloves from the Bavarian ale yeast. German specialty malts add notes of unsweetened chocolate and fresh baked bread.

Saison - 04.23.15

OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale, unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Lodestone Lager - 04.27.15

OG: 1.048   Color: 8   IBU: 25   ABV: 5.0%
Munich-style pale lager with a malty sweetness balanced by Noble hops with subtle spicy hop notes in the nose. Finishes clean and dry.
