Boulder Bank IPA

OG: 1.070   Color: 9   IBU: 90   ABV: 6.8%
An international IPA brewed with domestic malt and hops from New Zealand. Medium bodied with a firm bitterness and a fruity almost grape like hop flavor and aroma.

Burton IPA

OG: 1.055   Color: 5   IBU: 60   ABV: 5.8%
An IPA in the English tradition, subtle malt flavors with robust earthy, floral hop character and a dry refreshing finish.

Elvis's Sideburns

OG: 1.080   Color: 6   IBU: 75   ABV: 8.1%
American-style IPA, full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness. Dry hopped with one pound of hops per barrel for a King-sized hop flavor and aroma.

Grodziski

OG: 1.065   Color: 3.5   IBU: 45   ABV: 6.2%
An interpretation of a classic Polish beer. Brewed with a blend of smoked malt and malted wheat. Light-colored with a slight tartness, subtle smokiness and dry finish.

Iron Hill Light Lager

Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

Love Potion #9

A malty sweet English style stout brewed with chocolate, coconut, and vanilla.

O'Sullivan Stout

OG: 1.038   Color: 50   IBU: 20   ABV: 3.8%
Classic Irish stout. Black in color, toasty malt flavor and a pronounced dry bitterness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

Phightin Phils Pils

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 45   ABV: 5.0%
Our Northern German Pilsner brewed with teaditional German noble hops for magnificent hop aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

Saison

A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale; unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Vienna Red Lager

A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

Yakima Red

An American IPA with tons of Cascade in the boil, hopback, and dryhop, huge notes of pine with a citrus punch.

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Maibock - 05.01.14

Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

Nut Brown Ale - 05.05.14

Medium-bodied, chestnut colored English ale. Slightly nutty malt flavor and aroma with a well-balanced bitterness in the finish.
