Belgian Tripel - Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness. OG: 1.086; Color: 4.0; IBU: 35; Alc by Vol: 9.0%

Barleywine

OG: 1.100   Color: 15   IBU: 70   Alc by Vol: 9.6%
Traditional brown, English-style Barleywine with intense, complex malt sweetness and a sherry-like quality. Full-bodied with balanced bitterness and a warm finish.

Belgian Pale Ale

OG: 1050   Color: 6   IBU: 24   Alc by Vol: 5.0%
A medium-bodied, copper colored Belgian session ale, brewed with a large dose of English Stryian Golding hops for flavor and aroma.

Belgian Tripel

OG: 1.086   Color: 4.0   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.
Awards: 2002, 2003 and 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Bourbon Russian Imperial Stout

OG: 1.095   Color: 35   IBU: 75   Alc by Vol: 8.6%
Our Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels with whole vanilla beans. The complex malt character is balanced with distinct bourbon and vanilla flavors.
Awards: 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.047   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Munich Dunkel

OG: 1.052   Color: 18   IBU: 23   Alc by Vol: 5.0%
German dark lager with a pronounced roasted malt aroma and flavor. Finishes crisp and clean.
Awards: 2003 GABF Bronze Medal

Oatmeal Stout

OG: 1.065   Color: 29   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 5.9%
A classic English Stout. Medium-bodied, black in color with a roasted malt aroma and flavor. Oatmeal gives the beer a silky smooth character and a round, creamy mouthfeel.

Wee Heavy

OG: 1090   Color: 16.2   IBU: 40   Alc by Vol: 8.7%
Full-bodied Scotch-style ale with a distinct malty-sweet and fruity aroma and flavor. A light smokiness lurks in the background from the use of peat smoked malts.

Hopilicious IPA

OG: 1.080   Color: 10   IBU: 90   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
American-style double IPA. Full-bodied malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma.

Irish Dry Stout

Release Date: 02/28/2012
OG: 1.038   Color: 50   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 3.8%
Classic Irish stout. Black in color, toasty malt flavor and a pronounced dry bitterness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.
