Anvil Ale

OG: 1.047 Color: 9.5 IBU: 30 Alc by Vol: 4.2%

Medium-bodied and copper-colored English-style best bitter with a noticeable malt flavor. Finishes with a hop bitterness and floral hop flavor.

Belgian Pale Ale

OG: 1.050 Color: 6 IBU: 24 Alc by Vol: 5.0%

A medium-bodied, copper colored Belgian session ale with a fruity aroma and flavor.

Bourbon Porter

OG: 1.057 Color: 22 IBU: 40 Alc by Vol: 5.3%

Our award-winning Pig Iron Porter aged for 3 months in bourbon barrels. Dark and roasty featuring the flavors of coffee, toffee, and chocolate with the aroma of bourbon and vanilla.

Irish Dry Stout

OG: 1.038 Color: 50 IBU: 20 Alc by Vol: 3.8%

Classic Irish stout. Black in color, toasty malt flavor and a pronounced dry bitterness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

Keller Pils

OG: 1.050 Color: 4 IBU: 35 Alc by Vol: 4.9%

Unfilterded German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Maibock

OG: 1.075 Color: 5 IBU: 30 Alc by Vol: 7.0%

Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

St Boomerang

OG: 1042 Color: 4 IBU: 22 Alc by Vol: 3.7%

Gary Nelson IPA

Release Date: 05/06/2013
OG: 1.067 Color: 7 IBU: 60 Alc by Vol: 6.5%

This single hop beer is brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops, rye malt and fermented with a belgian yeast stain giving it a well balanced spiceness from start to finish.

Berliner Weisse

Release Date: 05/08/2013
OG: 1.030 Color: 2 IBU: 2 Alc by Vol: 2.8%

Pale, German-style, light-bodied wheat beer with refreshing tart, acidic and lemony characteristics and little hop bitterness. Woodruff is added to the beer for a green color for St. Patrick's Day.

Hefeweizen

Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

Belgian Witbier

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Real Boy 2xIPA

Release Date: 05/31/2013
OG: 1.082 Color: 7 IBU: 100 Alc by Vol: 9.0%

American Style double IPA brewed with the local Pinnochio's Beer garden. This beer was brewed with Galaxy hops that gives it a passion fruit character in the aroma and flavor.
