8-Bit IPA

OG: 1.048   Color: 5   IBU: 50   ABV: 4.0%
An homage to the old school American IPA with a pronounced citrusy hop aroma and a balanced bitterness.

Abbey Dubbel

OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.
Awards:
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal.

Brett Saison

OG: 1.059   Color: 8.2   IBU: 26   ABV: 6.5%
A traditional French Saison brewed with a small percentage of rye displaying an earthy, spicy flavor and aroma then aged with wild yeast that develops a subtle musty fruitiness.

Cherry Vanilla Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
Our award-winning Porter aged with vanilla bean and Michigan sour cherry. The chocolaty and roast flavors of the Porter blend perfectly with a vanilla and sour cherry finish.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Oompa Loompa Chocolate Stout

OG: 1.065   Color: 39   IBU: 20   ABV: 6.5%
Our English Sweet Stout brewed with 22 pounds of Belgian bittersweet chocolate and aged with 10 pounds of cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans for a cold weather treat.

Ore House™ IPA

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron™ Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Rye of the Tiger

OG: 1064   Color: 6.5   IBU: 60   ABV: 6.0%
Rye malt and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand flavor this amber American IPA with spicy, grapefruit flavor and a touch of dryness in the finish.
Awards:
2014 GABF Silver Medal in the Rye Ale category.

Saison

OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale, unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.
Awards:
2008 GABF Gold Medal.

Snowblind IPA

OG: 1.055   Color: 3.5   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
A light-bodied Belgian IPA loaded with Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops. Huge notes of grapefruit and white grapes with a subtle spicy finish.

Sweet Leaf IPA

OG: 1.064   Color: 4   IBU: 65   ABV: 6.7%
A pale yellow American IPA brewed with tons of Colombus, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops, giving it a medium body and overwhelming hop flavor.

The Highlander

OG: 1.067   Color: 16   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.5%
This Scotch ale has an assertive malty sweetness with just a touch of roasted character in the aroma and flavor.

Valentinus IPA

OG: 1.075   Color: 14   IBU: 85   ABV: 8.0%
Full-bodied American-style double IPA. Caramel malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hop bitterness and substantial notes of grapefruit, tangerine and orange peel.

Vienna Red™ Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

White Iron™ Wit

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Winter Warmer

OG: 1.069   Color: 16   IBU: 20   ABV: 5.8%
A medium-bodied dark ale finished with classic winter spices. Served in a cinnamon-rimmed glass.

Witberry™

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   ABV: 4.6%
Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.
