Abbey Dubbel

Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery, this mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with the distinct aroma of plum and pear.
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal.


OG: 1.100   Color: 15   IBU: 70   ABV: 9.6%
Traditional brown, English-style barleywine with intense, complex malt sweetness and a sherry-like quality, full-bodied with balanced bitterness and a warm finish.

English Strong Ale

OG: 1.079   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 7.2%
Traditional English-style brown ale with a distinct malty sweetness and fruity aromas that deepen with age.

Holiday Ale

OG: 1.070   Color: 9   IBU: 85   ABV: 6.8%
Copper, full-bodied American-style Imperial IPA. Malt flavors balance a generous amount of hops for a pronounced bitterness with delicious hop flavor and aroma.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

Le Brett Blue

OG: 1098   Color: 50   IBU: 75   ABV: 9.8%
Our award-winning Russian Imperial Stout brewed with Chef Michael Petrilla of Media and Newark. Aged for one year in Brettanomyces barrels with 100 pounds of blueberries. Pronounced blueberry notes with chocolate, coffee, and rounded sour character.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.
2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Raspberry Wheat

OG: 1.038   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   ABV: 4.1%
A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

Rudolph's Revenge

OG: 1.086   Color: 3.9   IBU: 60   ABV: 9.0%
American-style Belgian golden ale with complex aromas and flavors of grapefruit, spice and banana with a refreshing hop bitterness.

Russian Imperial Stout

Full-bodied stout that starts with a complex, malty sweet and high-roasted character that is wonderfully balanced with the use of citrusy American hops.
