Abbey Dubbel

OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   ABV: 6.9%
Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.

Bedotter

OG: 1.088   Color: 4.0   IBU: 38   ABV: 9.5%
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.

Berliner Weisse

OG: 1.030   Color: 2   IBU: 2   ABV: 2.8%
Pale, German-style, light-bodied wheat beer with refreshing tart, acidic and lemony characteristics and little hop bitterness. The addition of Woodruff and Raspberry syrup can be added upon request.

Coffee Stout

OG: 1.066   Color: 24   IBU: 41   ABV: 6.5%
A medium bodied English style oatmeal stout aged on coffee beans.

English IPA

OG: 1.065   Color: 11   IBU: 60   ABV: 6.5%
A golden English-style IPA with subtle malt character, hopped with classic English hops for a floral aroma.

I.ron P.ale A.le

OG: 1060   Color: 6   IBU: 60   ABV: 5.6%
Deep gold American IPA with numerous varieties of hops. Featuring flavors of citrus, pine and resin with a balanced, toasty malt backbone.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

Phightin' Phils Pils

Our northern German Pilsner brewed with traditional German noble hops for magnificent hop aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

Rising Sun

American style India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Japanese Sorachi Ace hops for a spicy citrus character.

Saison

OG: 1.048   Color: 8.0   IBU: 30   ABV: 6.0%
A classic Franco-Belge-style farmhouse ale; unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
