- Unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer.  Pale in color and light bodied yet very complex. A distinct yeast and the use of spices give it a fruity citrus flavor that is very refreshing. OG: 1.048; Color: 3; IBU: 17; Alc by Vol: 4.4%

Our very first bottle offering in Maple Shade. We'll be releasing our 9-months-in-the-making Flemish Red Ale, hand-bottled, signed and numbered. Guests will be able to sample a draft version at the bar and watch us bottle the beers. 750ML bottles for sale.

Caprice

An American Belgian ale.  Our tribute to Belgium’s increasingly poplular tributes to American hops!  Classic Belgian yeast fruitiness marries with the lively notes of Cascade and Amarillo hops.

Hopfenweizen

OG: 1.047   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
This traditional unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer is the perfect summer thirst quencher, light and effervescent, this beer starts off with a refreshing tanginess and the distinct yeast character is accented by a generous portion of American Hops.

India Black Ale

OG: 1.070   Color: 22   IBU: 60   Alc by Vol: 7.0%
American style IPA with a twist. Full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma complimented by a touch of roast. Hop backed with 2 pounds per barrel, then dry hopped.

Saison

OG: 1.057   Color: 3.1   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 5.5%
A Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light-bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. This is the perfect beer to pair with all kinds of food!

The Cannibal

OG: 1068   Color: 3   IBU: 31   Alc by Vol: 7.5%
Belgian-style golden ale with a complex yeast fruitiness, balancing bitterness and dry, spicy finish.
Awards: 2005 GABF Gold medal; 2006 World Beer Cup Silver medal.

Pete's Celebration

A truly full-bodied beer, Pete's is rich, malty and complex. Deep brown in color, this beer uses Belgian Chouffe yeast, dark candy sugar and a healthy dose of specialty malts, providing layers of complex fruity aromas and flavors with a warming alcohol finish.

Rising Sun

American style India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Japanese Sorachi hops for a spicy citrus character.

Oktoberfest

Traditional German festival beer, this full-bodied amber lager has a wonderful malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean dry finish.

Double Witbier

OG: 1.092   Color: 4   IBU: 25   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
A strong version of the classic Belgian white ale, this beer has the same distinct fruity and spicy charcter with a more robust malt backbone.
