Seasonal Belgian Ale

A medium-bodied, Belgian-style porter with a strong black malt flavor up front and finishes with fruity characteristics.

Bravo!

OG: 1.075   Color: 9   IBU: 61   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
Single Hopped American IPA. Hopped with 100% Bravo hops for a fruity character with notes of citrus and pine.

Dunkelweizen

OG: 1.050   Color: 17   IBU: 13.5   Alc by Vol: 5.0%
Traditional dark German wheat beer with a huge fruity nose of banana and cloves from the Bavarian ale yeast. German specialty malts add notes of unsweetened chocolate and caramel.

St. Modestus

OG: 1,079   Color: 5   IBU: 17   Alc by Vol: 8.2%
Pale version of a German Weizenbock. Full bodied and complex with a refreshing tanginess. Bavarian yeast lends a distinct character of banana and clove.

The Quadfather

OG: 1.102   Color: 18   IBU: 50   Alc by Vol: 10.0%
A truly full-bodied beer. Rich, chestnut-colored, malty and very complex. Brewed with Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts, providing layers of fruity aromas and flavors with a warming finish.

Kamikaze IPA

An American IPA brewed entirely with Pilsner malt, and the Japanese hop variety Sorachi Ace along with lots of citrusy and piney american hops

Belgian Tripel

Release Date: 02/10/2012
OG: 1.086   Color: 4.0   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness.
Awards: 2002, 2003 and 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Caprice

Release Date: 02/29/2012
OG: 1.06   Color: 4   IBU: 33   Alc by Vol: 5.4%
Golden American-Belgian ale made by using Belgian yeast and Cascade and Amarillo hops from the Pacific Northwest. The result is classic yeast fruitiness mixed with the lively, herb notes from the hops.
