Seasonal Belgian Ale

Abbey Dubbel - Brewed in the original style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.  OG: 1.068   Color: 18   IBU: 25   Alc by Vol: 6.9%

Anvil Ale

Medium-bodied and copper-colored English-style best bitter with a noticeable malt flavor. Finishes with a hop bitterness and floral hop flavor.

Chris Isn't Here

OG: 1.067   Color: 18   IBU: 100   Alc by Vol: 6.1%%
When the cat's away the mice will play. Big, indiscreetly hopped American Brown Ale that our Assistant Brewers and their homebrew buddies snuck in while Chris was out of the country.

Full Nelson

OG: 1.077   Color: 13   IBU: 43   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
Single Hopped American IPA.  Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauving hops from New Zealand for a fruity, almost grapey aroma and flavor and firm balancing bitterness.

Maibock

OG: 1.067   Color: 5   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 6.5%
Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
Awards: 1999 GABF Gold medal winner and 2000 GABF Bronze medal winner.

The Situation

OG: 1.101   Color: 6   IBU: Maxed Out   Alc by Vol: 10.2%
Bold, golden and has a huge nose. Made with 100% Pilsner malt and 100 IBUs worth of hops. Dry, crisp and fist-pumpingly hoppy.

Belgian Rye

This amber beer has a spicy and biscuity malt character that mingles with the fruity complexity of Belgian yeast.

Belgian Witbier

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   Alc by Vol: 4.4%
Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing.

Hefeweizen

OG: 1.047   Color: 3   IBU: 12   Alc by Vol: 4.2%
Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of bananas and cloves.

The Cannibal

Belgian-style golden ale with a complex, dry sweetness, balancing bitterness and a spicy finish.
Awards: 2005 GABF Gold medal; 2006 World Beer Cup Silver medal.

Hopilicious IPA

OG: 1.080   Color: 10   IBU: 90   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
American-style double IPA. Full-bodied malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma.

West Coast Wheat

Release Date: 05/29/2012
OG: 1.050   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 4.0%
A yellow, light-bodied, unfiltered American wheat beer. A subtle tanginess is balanced by a generous addition of American hops.
