Seasonal Belgian Ale

Belgian Witbier - Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Although light-bodied, it has complex orange citrus and spice flavors that are very refreshing. OG: 1.048 Color: 3 IBU: 17 Alc by Vol: 4.4%

Chestnut-colored ale made with English Specialty malts for a light toastiness with hints of toffee and caramel.

Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

American style India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Japanese Sorachi hops for a spicy citrus character.

Rauch Bock

A unique, dark Bavarian lager brewed with malt smoked over beech wood chips for a faint smoke character supported by bready malt flavors and aromas.

Mahalo, Apollo!

A golden, complex and refreshing summer wheat beer. Spiced with Grains of Paradise and lemongrass. Fermented with Belgian Wit yeast.

Petite Fortunella

A collaboration with Patrick Chavanelle of Allagash. This sessionable yet complex and vibrant beer combines the spicy fruity notes of Orval yeast with the acidity of fresh kumquats and a tasteful blend of American and European hops.
