Full-bodied stout that starts with a complex, malty sweet and high-roasted character that is wonderfully balanced with the use of citrusy American hops.

VINTAGE DARK HUMOR 29.95
Rum, Bourbon, Sherry, Tawny Port, or Ruby Port
This beer is a 100% Brett fermented porter, luxuriously chocolaty and earthy sour character. Aged in second use barrels from different wine and spirits suppliers.
OG: 1.072; ABV: 7.0%

A classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale; unfiltered, bright and light-bodied, yet with a complex earthy, fruity and spicy yeast character.

Full-bodied Scotch-style ale with a distinct malty-sweet and fruity aroma and flavor. A light smokiness lurks in the background from the use of peat smoked malts.
OG: 1.085; ABV: 8.3%

QUADRUPEL 20.50
Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish.

ABBEY DUBBEL 18.50
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal
Brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears.
OG: 1.068; ABV: 6.9%

BEDOTTER 18.50
2014 GABF Silver Medal
Traditional Belgian-style tripel with a complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas, balanced with a dry yet refreshing crisp bitterness.

THE GREAT IMPERIAL PUMPKIN ALE 19.50
A full-bodied ale with distinctive fall flavors from the use of molasses, Belgian candi sugar, roasted pumpkins and traditional pie spices.

The Great Imperial Pumpkin Ale, a hearty favorite, aged for a year to create a well-rounded mellow flavor.

Bamburg-style German amber lager made with beechwood smoked malt giving this beer a distinct smoked character in both aroma and flavor.
