Abby’s Fault

OG: 1.086   Color: 39   IBU: 60   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
American style Belgian golden strong ale. Complex aroma and flavor of grapefruit, spice and bananas with a refreshing hop bitterness. This beer was hopped like an APA. We basically took our Belgian Tripel and added a ton of American hops.

Belgian Tripel

OG: 1.086   Color: 5   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 9.0%
Traditional high gravity Belgian-style golden ale, complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with a refreshing balanced bitterness. Three time GABF Bronze medal winner, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Awards: 2002, 2003 and 2004 GABF Bronze medal winner.

Black Double Wit

OG: 1.090   Color: 40   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 8.7%
Strong version of our Belgian witbier with a new twist. Roasted malts are added to the grist to give its normally fruity character and additional complexity of roast.

Braveheart

OG: 1.090   Color: 14   IBU: 25   Alc by Vol: 8.5%
Strong Scotch ale, big malty-sweet and complex beer brewed with a Belgian yeast strain to give it a distinct fruity characer.

Munich Helles

OG: 1.049   Color: 4   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 5.0%
A Classic German lager. Balanced with a rich bready character provided by the use of German Munich malt.

Oompa Loompa Chocolate Stout

Our English Sweet Stout is brewed with 35lbs of Belgian bittersweet chocolate, milk sugar, and Madagascar vanilla beans for a cold weather treat.

Rye IPA

This American IPA is brewed with a ridiculous amount of hops for flavor, aroma, and characteristic bitterness. A substantial amount of rye malt is used
to give this beer its signature dry spiciness.

Erin Shea Irish Red

OG: 1.048   Color: 12   IBU: 25   Alc by Vol: 5.2%
Medium bodied red ale with distinct hop character and a touch of caramel sweetness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthful.

Biere de Mars

Release Date: 03/12/2010
OG: 1.064   Color: 9   IBU: 32   Alc by Vol: 7.0%
A French farmhouse style ale brewed to celebrate the arrival of spring. This orange-hued ale is brewed with wheat and aromatic malts, and a touch of orange peels for a smooth ale with complex flavors and aromas.

Dortmunder

OG: 1.060   Color: 7   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 6.0%
Originally brewed in the German city of Dortmund for export abroad, this deep golden beer has a firm but dry malt body, a well-balanced bitterness and an assertive German hop aroma. Lots of rich bready notes from the use of German Munich malts balanced nicely by large amounts of spicy Saaz hops
