German Pilsner

OG: 1.048   Color: 4   IBU: 40   Alc by Vol: 4.8%
Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Hop-anonymous

OG: 1.065   Color: 4   IBU: 65   Alc by Vol: 6.5%
A very pale, American-style I.P.A. brewed with a new hop variety. The experimental hop for this beer, known only as "#483", is described by the farmer as having citrus, melon, and cedarwood notes

Irish Red Ale

OG: 1.048   Color: 10   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 4.5%
Medium-bodied red ale with distinct hop character and a touch of caramel sweetness. Served on nitrogen for a creamy mouthfeel.

Lex Luthor IPA

OG: 1.094   Color: 5   IBU: 100   Alc by Vol: 10.5%
This full bodied triple IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt and over 80 lbs of different American hops for an onslaught of hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. Surely more potent than Kryptonite!

Philly Painting Gold

OG: 1.063   Color: 3   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 6.7%
This golden American-style malt liquor was brewed in collaboration with the Mural Arts project who are beautifying Germantown Ave with their vibrant artwork. Brewed with corn for a slight sweetness.

Sweet Leaf IPA

A pale yellow American IPA brewed tons of Colombus, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.giving it a medium body and overwhelming hop flavors.

Kölsch

A delicate German golden ale. Much cleaner and crisper than most ales and features a gentle, German noble hop finish.

Double Witbier

A strong full -bodied version of the classic Belgian white ale with the same distinct fruity and spicy character but with a more robust malt backbone and 120 pounds of Orange-Blossom honey.
