BIERE DE MARS	22.50
French farmhouse ale with notes of spice, toasted bread and caramel malts aged in a wine barrel with wild yeasts for one year. OG: 1.064; ABV: 6.8%

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT	19.50
2011 GABF Silver Medal; 2003, 2006, 2010 GABF Gold Medal; 2006 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal ; 2010 World Beer Cup Gold Medal Full-bodied stout that starts with a complex, malty sweet and high-roasted character that is wonderfully balanced with the use of citrusy American hops. OG: 1.095; ABV: 9.5%

ABBEY DUBBEL	18.50
2006, 2010 World Beer Cup Bronze Medal Brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery. This mahogany ale has the sweetness of dark Belgian candi sugar paired with a distinct aroma of plum and pears. OG: 1.068; ABV: 6.9%

SASQUATCH	20.50
American-style Barleywine, pronounced malt sweetness balanced by a ridiculous amount of American hops for a pungent citrusy hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. OG: 1.098; ABV: 9.5%

BELGIAN TRIPEL	18.50
2002, 2003, 2004 GABF Bronze Medals Traditional Belgian-style golden ale with complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and bananas with refreshing balanced bitterness. OG: 1.086; ABV: 9.0%

ENGLISH BARLEYWINE	19.50
Traditional brown, English-style Barleywine with intense, complex malt sweetness and a sherry-like quality. Full-bodied with balanced bitterness and a warm finish. OG: 1.100; ABV: 9.6%

AFTERNOON DELIGHT	19.50
A full-bodied version of our Pig Iron Porter, infused with a cold steeping of locally roasted Nicaraguan and Sumatra coffee beans. OG: 1.090; ABV: 8.7%

SAISON	16.50
2008 GABF Gold Medal A classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale; unfiltered, bright and light-bodied. The yeast gives an earthy, fruity and spicy character with a refreshing finish. OG: 1.057; ABV: 5.5%

Flemish-style red ale starts off with a light caramel sweetness that gives way to a quenching sourness and effervescent mouthfeel. OG: 1.048; ABV: 4.8%

RAUCHBIER	16.50
Bamburg-style German amber lager made with beech wood smoked malt giving this beer a distinct smoked character in both aroma and flavor. OG: 1.052; ABV: 3.8%

SMOKIN’ BLONDE ALE	17.50
Belgian-style Blonde Ale with biscuit-like character and a subtle sweet smoke flavor from the use of smoked malts. The Belgian yeast lends a fruit and spice character. OG: 1.065; ABV: 6.2%

QUADRUPEL	20.50
Rich, dark, malty and very complex. Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts create layers of complex fruity aromas and a warming finish. OG: 1.113; ABV: 12.5%

RON BURGUNDY	25.00
Traditional Belgian-style golden ale aged in oak with cherries for a complex aroma and flavor of plums, spice and fruit and a refreshing balanced bitterness. OG: 1.095; ABV: 11.0%

FUNKADELIC CHERRY BROWN ALE	22.50
Our English brown ale brewed with over 300 lbs of cherries and then aged in red wine barrels with even more cherries and wild yeast for one year. Flavors of tart cherry juice, oak, and a touch of vanilla. OG: 1.060; ABV: 6.2%

SEÑOR CHOCOLATORO STOUT	19.50
An English Sweet Stout brewed with Belgian bittersweet chocolate and aged with cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans for a complex chocolate character. OG: 1.065; ABV: 6.5%

WINTER WHEAT WINE ALE	19.50
Full bodied with complex malt sweetness, notes of caramel, honey and fresh baked bread. Hop character features citrusy American hop flavor and aroma. OG: 1.110; ABV: 10%

2005 GABF Gold Medal; 2006 World Beer Cup Silver Medal Belgian-style golden ale with a complex, dry sweetness, balancing bitterness and a spicy finish. OG: 1.070; ABV: 8.5%
