OG: 1.070   Color: 7   IBU: 100   ABV: 6.5%
The 100th batch brewed in Maple Shade. Made with 100 pounds each of Maris Otter, Harrington, Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, Rye, Wheat, and Carahell malts and 100 pounds of corn. Bittered with 100 BUs worth of Centennial hops and finished with 100 ounces of Centennial.

Caprice

OG: 1.053   Color: 4   IBU: 33   ABV: 5.1%
Golden American-Belgian ale made by using Belgian yeast with Cascade and Amarillo hops from the Pacific Northwest. The result is classic yeast fruitiness mixed with the lively, herb notes from the hops.

Full Nelson

OG: 1.077   Color: 13   IBU: 43   ABV: 7.2%
Single-hopped American IPA. Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand for a fruity, almost grape aroma and flavor and firm, balancing bitterness.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Lust

OG: 1.070   Color: 24   IBU: 45   ABV: 6.8%
A rich English stout with a strong, black malt flavor up front brewed with New Jersey oyster shells adding complimentary mineral complexity.

Mahalo, Apollo!

OG: 1.058   Color: 3.2   IBU: 15   ABV: 6.2%
A golden, complex and refreshing summer wheat beer. Spiced with Grains of Paradise and lemongrass. Fermented with Belgian yeast.

Maibock

OG: 1.075   Color: 5   IBU: 30   ABV: 7.0%
Our award-winning May classic. This pale lager has a pronounced bready-sweet malt flavor and aroma, moderate bitterness and a clean, dry finish.

Ore House IPA

OG: 1.060   Color: 4   IBU: 55   ABV: 6.5%
Golden IPA with a balanced hop bitterness and wonderful citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

Sweet Amarillo

OG: 1.058   Color: 8   IBU: 40   ABV: 5.5%
Medium-bodied American pale ale with significant additions of fruity Amarillo hops and a firm but pleasant bitterness.

Van Damme

OG: 1.080   Color: 3   IBU: 37   ABV: 8.0%
Our Belgian golden strong ale with notes of bubblegum, plum, and spice, aged on La Colombe Coffee's signature Colombian beans for a unique flavor experience.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.

White Iron Wit

Pale, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer, light-bodied and very refreshing. Features complex orange and spice flavors.

Witberry

Classic, unfiltered Belgian wheat beer with a touch of raspberry. The complex orange and spice flavors blend perfectly with the berry.
