Belgian Rye

OG: 1.070   Color: 7   IBU: 30   ABV: 7.4%
This amber beer has a spicy and biscuit-like malt character that mingles with the fruity complexity of Belgian yeast.

Butcher's Forge IPA

OG: 1.065   Color: 8   IBU: 65   ABV: 6.5%
West Coast-style IPA intensely hopped with a number of American varieties for a firm bitterness and burst of tropical citrus and pine hop character.

Gourdlicious

OG: 1.056   Color: 30   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.7%
A robust porter that has notes of roast and chocolate and is rounded out with vanilla and traditional pumpkin spices.

Iron Hill Light Lager

OG: 1.038   Color: 1.8 L   IBU: 10   ABV: 4.0%
Our lightest beer. Brewed to give a crisp, clean, refreshing taste with very subtle malt and hop flavor.

Ironbound Ale

OG: 1.050   Color: 8 L   IBU: 30   ABV: 5.1%
Brewed as a medium-bodied American pale ale with significant hop additions. This celebration of American hop varieties includes Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops.

Lappy New Beer

OG: 1.063   Color: 3   IBU: 35   ABV: 7.2%
A tradition in which our brewer brews a style he's never done before to celebrate the new year. This year's is an American Saison, unfiltered and light-bodied but complex. Finished with American hops to complement the spicy fruit flavors produced by the yeast.

Munich Dunkel

OG: 1.050   Color: 17   IBU: 18   ABV: 5.0%
German dark lager with a pronounced toasted and lightly roasted malt aroma and flavor. Finishes crisp and clean.
Awards:
2003 GABF Bronze Medal.

Om Nom Nom

OG: 1.075   Color: 33   IBU: 32   ABV: 6.5%
The winning recipe in this year's Iron Brewer competition. It's an oatmeal cookie in a glass, brewed with oats, cinnamon, whole vanilla beans and 5 pounds per barrel of pureed raisins.

Pig Iron Porter

OG: 1.057   Color: 23 L   IBU: 37   ABV: 5.4%
A classic porter, dark and full of roasted malt flavor. Chocolate notes are well balanced by a slight bitterness.

2002 GABF Bronze Medal; 2010 GABF Gold Medal.

Raspberry Wheat

OG: 1.038   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   ABV: 4.1%
A pale, filtered American wheat beer brewed with a touch of natural raspberry flavor.

The Costanza

OG: 1.058   Color: 8   IBU: 28   ABV: 6.2%
This amber colored ale is brewed with a significant portion of rye malt and spiced with caraway seeds. A bready malt center with a dry, spicy finish. Pairs nicely with the most sensual of the salt cured meats-pastrami.

Van Damme

OG: 1.080   Color: 3   IBU: 37   ABV: 8.0%
Our Belgian golden strong ale with notes of bubblegum, plum, and spice, aged on La Colombe Coffee's signature Colombian beans for a unique flavor experience.

Vienna Red Lager

OG: 1.046   Color: 11   IBU: 22   ABV: 4.4%
A European amber lager, medium-bodied with a delicate malt aroma, slight sweetness and a clean, crisp finish.
